Looking for a conference room with ambiance? The Stateroom has a convenient downtown location, business meetings, mixers, or gatherings of any type enjoy lower rates midweek than those typical of a San Francisco Bay Area Conference Center or meeting hall that require you to purchase their catering.
Features:
- Plentiful parking in the downtown area of South San Francisco.
- Overall capacity for the Stateroom is 410; the majority can be accommodated in the main hall area (334) there is additional seating in a separate bar area (50).
- There are house rectangular tables and chairs available in custom configurations per your specification, and round tables available for a charge.
- Speaker’s podium, raised stage area, and PA system.
- There is a full commercial kitchen that can be used by you or your caterer. It includes an 800 pound capacity ice machine, freezer, commercial refrigerator and Wolf stove with double oven, griddle, six burners, and a stock pot stove. A commercial dishwasher is available on request.
